It is exactly as it’s supposed to be! Such a great price for this thermal printing machine I’m so happy I finally can tattoo without free-handing! I’m putting iPhone set up instructions to help you below.. obviously plug the printer in with its usb cable and set the tattoo paper in it with the backside of the paper (the yellow side) facing up you may have to guide the paper through when it’s printing as well to keep it straight and make sure you select that you’re using tattoo paper when using the app!
1.download Phomemo from the App Store
2.open the app and get through the intro
3.I’d recommend going to your photos on your phone and having a screenshot or picture of what you want to print ready
4.click the share button and share to “more” in the apps part and find phomemo click that then it’ll open the app
5.click free editing and there is a white background so you can shrink the imagine to be in a certain place and size when it comes out on the printer.
6.your picture should come out nicely you may want to play with it and dingier out it’s sizing and stuff but that’s generally all! It also comes with a bag to put it in that is soft velvet material

Great product I did a trial and error test work as I thought must know your dimensions of paper widths and length to big and your prints come out smudged not sure about the thickness for tattoo/thermal paper go with light anything else is basics making my task easier
